Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2025: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is recruiting candidates to fill out the post of Bank Medical Consultant (BMC) on a contract basis. Selected applicants will be posted at the Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh. Based on the official notification of Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2025, there is only 01 vacancy [reserved for the Other Backward Class (OBC) category]. The candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years. There will not be any renewal of engagement on completion of the contract period. The applicant’s selection process will consist of Interview and document verification for the shortlisted candidates. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. Mere fulfilling of the eligibility criteria does not entitle the candidate to be called for Interview.
As given in the official notification of Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2025, the chosen applicant will get a remuneration of Rs.1000 per hour and out of the total monthly remuneration payable, a sum of Rs.1000 may be treated as conveyance expenses and the applicant will get a reimbursement of mobile charges of Rs.1000 per month. Applicant should have a MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine from any university recognized by the National Medical Council with at least 02 years of experience practicing medicine in any Hospital or Clinic as a Registered Medical Practitioner.
