For Section Officer (Finance)-

• The candidate should be CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / M. Com / MBA (Finance).

Experience-

• Candidate should have a minimum experience of 02 years in relevant fields.

For Assistant Manager (HR)-

• The candidate should have an MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

Experience-

• Candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Development, Learning and Development, Organizational Behavior, Labour Legislation / Codes, Wages and Salary Administration, Legal matters and RTI, Disciplinary Matters, HR Accounting and HR Audit, Cost Management, Performance Management and Variable payments etc.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience with HR modules in SAP, HR Dashboard and MS Excel.

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2025:

The selection of RITES Recruitment 2025 will be based on a written test and Document Scrutiny & Verification. The candidates who pass the written test will be called for Document Scrutiny and Verification. There will be 125 objective-type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours. A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts) in the written test will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for further consideration. The written test will be held at 6 different locations across India.
