A month of festivals has started already and with hope and light in the heart, do your work with honesty and surpass all the hurdles and achieve good in life.

Know that this month and the coming month have various tax compliance for taxpayers and business individuals. Working people who are finance professionals, know that this month is full of due dates related to Income Tax, GST, MCA etc.

ROC Due Dates

Form AOC-4 and Form AOC-4 CFS/AOC-4 XBRL

Purpose: For filing of Annual Accounts or a company with the ROC,

  • Form AOC-4 for Standalone Financial Statements.
  • AOC-4 CFS for Consolidated Financial Statements.

Due Date:

30 days from the conclusion or AGM [within 180 days from the close or the financial year in the case of One Person Company (OPC)].

Due Date for FY 2023-24:

  • 27th September, 2023 for OPC.
  • 29th October, 2023 for others.

Form CSR-2

Purpose: Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting, if applicable.

Due Date:

As an addendum to Form AOC-4/ AOC-4 XBRL/ AOC-4

NBFC as the case may be

Due Date for FY 2023-24:

  • 27th September, 2023 for OPC.
  • 29th October, 2023 for others.

Form MGT-7

Purpose: File Annual Returns of a company.

Due Date: 60 days from the conclusion of AGM.

Due Date for FY 2023-24:

28th November, 2023

Form MGT-7A

Purpose: File Annual Returns for OPC and Small Companies.

Due Date: 60 days from the conclusion of the AGM.

Due Date for FY 2023-24:

28th November, 2023

Form CRA-4

Purpose: Filing or Cost Audit Report with the Central Government.

Due Date: 30 days from the receipt of the Cost Audit Report.

Due Date for FY 2023-24: 30 days from the receipt of the Report.

Form MGT-14

Purpose: Fiilng or resolutions which are passed in the meeting or board/ creditors/ shareholders with ROC.

Due Date: 30 days from the date of passing the resolution or making the agreement.

Due Date for FY 2023-24: 30 days from the date of passing the resolution or making the agreement.

FORM-8 (LLP)

Purpose: Statement of Account and Solvency of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Due Date: Within 30 Days from the End of 6 Months of the Financial Year.

Due Date for FY 2023-24: 30th October, 2023

FORM-11 (LLP)

Purpose: Annual Return or Limited Liability Partnership.

Due Date: Within 60 days from the end.

Due Date for FY 2023-24: 30th May, 2023
