RRC-CR Recruitment 2022 for 21 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualifications, and How to Apply

RRC-CR Recruitment 2022: Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway is hiring eligible sports persons who are citizens of India, for filling up 21 posts of the Sports Quota for the year 2022-23 over Central Railway. Online applications are invited for RRC-CR Recruitment. The posts are open to all regardless of Community for RRC-CR Recruitment. There is no reservation for SC/ST/OBC in RRC-CR Recruitment for 21 Vacancies. Further, only the candidates qualified in the Trials shall be called for further process of RRC-CR Recruitment. There are a total of 21 vacancies available for the Posts for RRC-CR Recruitment. All eligible candidates will be called for trial and after trial, only the FIT candidates (securing 25 or more, out of 40 marks) shall be assessed for the next stage of RRC-CR Recruitment. Candidates declared NOT FIT by the Trial Committee, will not be assessed further by the Recruitment Committee.

The age of the candidates shall be minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years as on 01/01/2023. Candidates born between 01/01/1998 and 01/01/2005 (both days inclusive) should only apply. Age-Limit for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022

The age of the candidates shall be minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years as on 01/01/2023. Candidates born between 01/01/1998 and 01/01/2005 (both days inclusive) should only apply. Candidates born on or before 31/12/1997 are not eligible. Similarly, candidates born on or after 02/01/2005 are also not eligible. (No relaxation in lower or upper age limit for any Community of candidate).

Qualifications for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

For 5/4

Minimum Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University.

For 3/2

Passed 12th (+2 stage) OR its Equivalent Examination

OR

Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship

OR

Passed Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.

Note: A diploma in Engineering will not be considered an alternative higher qualification

Note: (I) Persons if appointed to the category of Clerk-cum-Typist should acquire Typing proficiency Test of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi within a period of four years from the date of appointment and till such time their appointments to this category will be provisional.

(II) Candidates possessing higher qualifications should produce a graduation/post-graduation certificate at the time of trial.

Selection Procedure for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

All eligible candidates will be called for trial and after trial, only the FIT candidates (securing 25 or more, out of 40 marks) shall be assessed for the next stage of recruitment. Candidates declared NOT FIT by the Trial Committee, will not be assessed further by the Recruitment Committee.

NOTE: Candidates selected through the Sports quota will have to perform in his/her field of sports for a minimum period of 5 years. His/her performance will be assessed during the first two years of service (Probation Period). In case performance is not found up to the mark, his /her service is liable to be terminated.

Application Fees for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability/ Women/Minorities* and Economic Backward Class** – Rs. 250 (Rs. Two Hundred Fifty Only) with a provision of refunding the same to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Trial. After
deducting bank charges. Candidates in this category should check their eligibility thoroughly before applying. Fee in respect of candidates who are ineligible, but still applies, shall not be refunded.

For all Other Candidates – Rs. 500 (Rs. Five Hundred Only), with a provision of refunding Rs 400 (Rs Four Hundred Only) to those who are found eligible as per notification and actually appear in the Trial after deducting bank charges.
