RVNL Recruitment 2022: The Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, abbreviated as RVNL, functions under the ownership of the Indian Railways, the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. The corporation is involved in building the rail infrastructure required by the railways. It came into being on 24th January of the year 2003 as a 100% owned Public Sector Undertaking of the Ministry of Railways. By March 2005, RVNL became fully functional and it has been granted the Mini-Ratna-1 status on 19th September of the year 2013. 

The Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has a total number of 545 employees as it focuses on extending the manpower in the company. It hires employees eligible for vacant posts every year. Currently, the company is recruiting job seekers for the post of ‘Sr. Deputy General Manager (HR).’ At present, there is only one vacancy for the mentioned post and the place of posting will be at Corporate Office, New Delhi. The recruitment will be purely on a Deputation basis.  The period of deputation will be considered valid for five years subject to the government’s approval for exemption to RVNL from the rule of immediate absorption.

Officers of Personnel/HR department holding substantially (i) posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) or (ii) posts in Senior Scale (Level-11) or (iii) Post in Grade ‘B'(Level 10) & having 10 years of experience of service in Group ‘B’ or (iv) posts carrying grade Rs. 70000- 200000/- (IDA) for four years.

Age Limit

The age limit preferred to apply for the post of Sr. Deputy General Manager (HR) in the RVNL recruitment 2022 is below 56 years.

Scale of Pay

Parent Pay plus Deputation allowance.
