Sachin Bansal-backed Navi Mutual Fund Appoints new CEO; Check for Details

Hari Shyamsunder will take over from Saurabh Jain who will be moving to another role within the Navi Group where he will lead a new business vertical.

Hari Shyamsunder, currently the Fund Manager of Navi AMC Limited, will take over as CEO of Navi Mutual Fund, pending the appropriate corporate clearances. Saurabh Jain, who recently resigned, will be his successor.

Saurabh Jain will be going to a new position within the Navi Group, where he will be in charge of a new business area. Jain is also a member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s MF advisory council (Sebi).

He is a seasoned mutual fund executive with a track record in portfolio management and research. Hari, I am convinced, would help us grow our mutual fund industry.”
