Extensive experience of working as Coach/ High Performance Director with Junior Boxers.
Demonstrated effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficient in latest scientific methodology and techniques for sporting development.
Sound communication, relationship management and other soft skills. Reasonably Conversant in English (Written and Spoken).
Flexible working with different stakeholders and conditions.

Desirable-

IBA Star 3 Coach.
Understanding of long-term athlete development programs.
Preferably has had prior experience as a boxer at international level
