• Extensive experience of working as Coach/ High Performance Director with Junior Boxers.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in latest scientific methodology and techniques for sporting development.
• Sound communication, relationship management and other soft skills. Reasonably Conversant in English (Written and Spoken).
• Flexible working with different stakeholders and conditions.

Desirable-

• IBA Star 3 Coach.
• Understanding of long-term athlete development programs.
• Preferably has had prior experience as a boxer at international level
