SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. SAI is looking for eligible candidates for the post of High-Performance Analyst (Strength & Conditioning Experts, Physiologists, Psychologists, Biomechanics, &Biochemists) on a contractual basis. There are a total of 47 vacancies for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of SAI recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 105000. The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application form.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of qualifications and work experience and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. As given in the notification of SAI recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of SAI. The last date for submitting the application form is 7th March 2023 till 6 pm.

Tenure– The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year, further extendable in cycle of 1 year up to a maximum of 8 years on the basis of performance.
As per the official notification of SAI recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 105000 with an annual increment up to 10% based on the performance assessment.
The maximum age limit is 45 years as per the notification of SAI rectuitment 2023.
2 years age relaxation is granted for current SAI employees in the above advertised posts of Strength & Conditioning Experts, Physiologists, Psychologists, Biomechanics, and Biochemists.
Relaxation of age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No 15012/2/2010-Estt9D0 dated 27.3.2012.
Candidates must have the given below experience, qualification and desirble to apply for SAI recruitment 2023.
Desirable Qualification- Masters’ or higher Degree in relevant field from any recognized University/ Institution.
Desirable Experience- 1 year experience in the field of sports science/medicine.
Essential Experience- 5 years of experience in relevant field OR 3 years of experience with Masters in relevant field OR PH.D in relevant field.
For Strength & Conditioning Expert- Bachelors’ degree of Sports & Exercise Science /Sports Science/ Sports Coaching & Exercise Science / Physical education/ Diploma in sports coaching /or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution with S&C certification/specialization.
For Physiologist- Bachelors’ degree in Medical/ Human/ Sports and Exercise Physiology/ Life Science/ Biological Sciences/ or equivalent from any recognized University/Institution.
For Psychologist- Bachelors’ degree in Psychology/or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
For Biomechanics- Bachelors ‘ Degree with Biomechanics as specialization or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
For Biochemist- Bachelors’ Degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry with Biochemistry /or equivalent from any recognized University/Institution.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be done based on interview of candidates by a committee.
