Age Limit, Educational Qualification for IRCTC Recruitment 2023:

As per Offical Notification of IRCTC Recruitment 2023, CMD will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, and direction and driving growth by expanding the existing portfolio of services and developing new adjacent and relevant services. The ideal candidate should have an Engineering or Commerce degree with an MBA from a leading institute and should be between 45 to 52 years of age.

Required Capabilities and Experiance for IRCTC Recruitment 2023:

To be eligible for the role, applicants must have a minimum of 20 years of experience with overall P&L management of a PAN India company, as well as a degree in engineering or commerce, with an MBA from a leading institute preferred. The ideal candidate should be between 45 to 52 years old and have experience in implementing strategy and digitization to enhance operational excellence and growth.

1. Applicants should download the prescribed format for the application from the Indian Railways website, under “Vacancy Circulars” and “Vacancy Circular_2023”. They may also attach a brief note on any outstanding achievements in their career, not exceeding 2 pages of A4 size.
2. If you are currently employed with a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) or the government, you will need to submit your application through the proper channel. This means getting clearance from your organization’s vigilance department and submitting attested copies of your Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the past 10 years.
3. Applicants from the private sector must submit additional documents with their application, including the annual reports of their current company for the last three financial years, documentary proof if the company is listed, evidence of having worked at the board level, self-attested copies of documents supporting their age and qualifications, and details of relevant jobs they have handled in the past.
