SAIL Recruitment 2024: The Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is inviting online applications from qualified and willing candidates for the post of Director Incharge (Rourkela Steel Plant). Based on the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have an Engineering graduate with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates should have a minimum age limit is 45 years to apply for the given post. The selection will be determined on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
As mentioned in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be given a monthly salary up to Rs.340000. The appointment is made for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Candidates who are eligible and interested to enroll in SAIL Recruitment 2024 can apply online application through the official website of PESB and send the printout of the same duly filled application form along with the supporting documents to the Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, block no. 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the deadline. No application will be accepted after the due date.

The candidates who are selected for SAIL Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly salary of Rs.180000 – 340000 (IDA).
The selected candidates for SAIL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The candidates will be selected for SAIL Recruitment 2024 on the basis of an interview. The Board reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
According to the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2024, suitable and willing candidates have to complete their online application through the official website of PESB, take the printout of the same duly filled application form and send it along with the required documents to the Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, BlockNo. 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the last date.
The closing date to submit the application form is 11.03.2024 and the closing date to submit the application form by nodal officers is 20.03.2024.
