The recruitment process has two stages—Prelims and Mains. Only candidates who passed the Prelims were allowed to take the Mains exam. The Mains paper had 190 multiple-choice questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. It covered topics such as General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Computer Aptitude. The SBI Clerk Prelims 2025 examination included negative marking, with a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. The test lasted for 2 hours and 40 minutes. It was conducted on February 22, 27, 28, and March 1, 2025, with the results declared on March 28, 2025. This year, SBI aims to recruit 13,735 candidates for the position of Junior Associate.
