SBI Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the notification regarding the vacancy for the Manager (Retail Products) post. There are a total of 05 vacancies for the given post. The place of posting will be Mumbai. In accordance with the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is 28 years and the maximum age is 38 years. According to the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given salary Rs. (63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230). The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund, LFC, Medical Facility, other perquisites, etc. as per rules in force from time to time.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. All the details regarding the interview will be intimated through email or will be uploaded on the bank’s website. As given in the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of SBI. Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category have to pay RS. 750. SC/ ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fees. As per SBI Recruitment 2023 Notification the closing date for the online receipt of the application form is 15th March 2023.

Candidates applying for SBI recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications.
Experience- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in supervisory/managerial of an executive role in Schedule Commercial Banks in Retail Banking.
Preferred Experience-
2 years experience in working directly with Product Development.
Specific Skills- Product Development, Product Management, Digital Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.

Shortlisting– Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview.
Interview– The interview will carry 100 marks. The Bank will decide the qualifying marks in the interview. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit list- The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
