SBI Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting aspirants for Vice President (Transformation), Senior Special Executive (Program Manager, Quality & Training and Command Centre), Senior Vice President & Head, and Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager post on a contractual basis. As per the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023,  the number of seats avail for the above post is 28. In accordance with the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the above post is 30 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years. As mentioned in the Official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for a tenure period of 3 years which will be renewable for another 2 years at the discretion of the Bank.

As given in the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, the selection of applicants will be based on shortlisting, interview, and CTC Negotiation. According to the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, candidates will get an Annual  CTC between Rs.22 Lakhs to Rs.75 Lakhs depending upon the post they are hired for.  As per the official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, the candidate will need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.750 for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications online before the deadline. The online Registration of the Application has started already.

State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting aspirants for the Vice President (Transformation), Senior Special Executive (Program Manager, Quality & Training and Command Centre), Senior Vice President & Head, and Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager post on a contractual basis. There are 28 vacancies.

Qualification for SBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the SBI Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Vice President (Transformation)

  • Any Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Preferred qualification is that applicant should have completed Graduation in the IT field or post-graduation in the IT/Management field.

Senior Special Executive -Program Manager

  • Applicant should be a Graduate of Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Preferred qualification is that applicant should have completed Graduation in the IT field or postgraduation in IT/Management field.

Senior Special Executive- Quality & Training

  • Applicant should be a Graduate of Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Preferred qualification is that applicant should have completed a Postgraduate degree in the Management field.

Senior Special Executive-Command Centre

Applicant should be a Graduate of a recognized university

Senior Vice President & Head

Candidate should have MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing.

Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager

Candidate should have a Graduate (any discipline) and  MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Finance from Institutes recognized/approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/UGC.

Tenure for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of SBI Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for a tenure period of 3 years which will be renewable for another 2 years at the discretion of the Bank.

Experience for SBI Recruitment 2023:

The Experience required for the post is given below.

Vice President (Transformation)

  • Post Qualification Experience:
  1. Total exp. – 7 years of which
  2. CC of Banks – 3 years or
  3. Bank BPO – 3 years or
  4. Other BPO – 4 years (Operations)
  • Experience in running Digital transformation/Change management projects in the BPO
  • Good knowledge of Contact Centre fundamentals, Service Excellence, Client Management and  Project Management

Senior Special Executive

  • Post-Qualification Experience:
  1. Total exp. – 5 years of which
  2. CC of Banks – 2 years or
  3. Bank BPO – 2 years or
  4. Other BPO – 3 years (Operations)
  • Deep knowledge of Contact Centre (inbound and outbound) fundamentals, key performance metrics, agent rostering, WFH and scheduling of agents as per skill set.
  • Experience in training and quality control in BPO/Contact Centre
  • Experience in designing customer-oriented scripts and driving training for adherence to scripts with strong Quality Control etc.
  • Experience in managing projects for customer journeys, designing customer journeys, driving crossfunctional interactions with business, IT teams to deliver new journey,

Senior Vice President & Head

Candidate should have a minimum of 12 Years Post qualification experience in a Supervisory / Management role in the field of marketing of wholesale/corporate credit and other financial products in a:

  • Scheduled Commercial Bank (including SBI).
  •  Public sector or listed Financial Institution / Company.

Assistant General Manager/ Chief Manager

Candidate should have a minimum of 10 Years Post qualification experience in a Supervisory / Management role in the field of marketing of wholesale/corporate credit and other financial products in a:

  • Scheduled commercial Bank (including SBI).
  • Public sector or listed Financial Institution / Company
