SBI Recruitment 2023: The State Bank of India, known as SBI, is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens to apply for various posts of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis. As stated in the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, applications are being invited for Vice President (Transformation), Senior Special Executive-Program Manager, Senior Special Executive-Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound), and Senior Special Executive-Command Centre. There are a total of 09 vacancies available for the above-mentioned posts.
According to the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, there is one vacancy reserved for PwBD LD (OA/OL) candidates for every post. The maximum age limit to apply for the released vacancies varies from 35 years to 50 years depending upon the post. Selected candidates will be employed in the SBI Contact Centre of Mumbai, but it can change in the future. The candidate will be initially employed for a period of 03 years which can be further extended by 01 year at the bank’s discretion.

According to the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for various posts as of 1st April 2023 is given below:
Vice President (Transformation): The maximum age limit is 50 years
Senior Special Executive-Program Manager: The maximum age limit is 35 years
Senior Special Executive-Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound): The maximum age limit is 40 years
Senior Special Executive-Command Centre: The maximum age limit is 40 years
In accordance with SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the qualifications required for various posts are given below:
Vice President (Transformation): Candidates should have obtained a graduate degree from a recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in the IT or Management domain will be preferred.
Senior Special Executive-Program Manager: Candidates should have obtained a graduate degree from a recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in the IT/Management domain will be preferred.
Senior Special Executive-Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound): Candidates should hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution. Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in the Management field will be given preference.
Senior Special Executive-Command Centre: Candidates should hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution.

According to the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for various posts require certain relevant experience. The year-wise experience required is given below:
Vice President (Transformation): Eligible candidates should possess at least 7 years of total experience in the relevant field after obtaining their qualification.
Senior Special Executive-Program Manager: Eligible candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of total experience in the relevant field after gaining their qualification.
Senior Special Executive-Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound): Eligible candidates should hold at least 5 years of total experience in the relevant field after gaining their qualification.
Senior Special Executive-Command Centre: Eligible candidates should have obtained a minimum of 5 years of total experience in the relevant field after obtaining their qualification.

As per the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be initially employed for a period of 03 years. The job tenure can be further extended by 01 year (up to a total of 04 years) at the bank’s discretion.

As per SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay Rs 750 as an application fee. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from application fee payments.
According to the official notification for SBI Recruitment 2023, the final selection of candidates will be on the basis of shortlisting, interviews, and CTC negotiation. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the interview. The interview will be held for a total of 100 marks.
