SBI Recruitment 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting eligible aspirants to fill out the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in the clerical cadre at the State Bank of India. There are a total of 14191 vacancies for the given position. Applicants who belong to the General/ OBC/ EWS category need to pay a Non-Refundable Application Fee and Intimation Charge of Rs. 750; those who fall under SC/ST/PwBD/XS/DXS are exempt from paying any Fees. The applicant’s age should not be less than 20 years old and should not be more than 28 years old. The selection of applicants will consist of an online Test (Preliminary and Main exams) and a Test of the specified opted local language. Preliminary Examination will be conducted tentatively in the month of February 2025 and Main Examination will be conducted tentatively in March/April 2025.
The candidate appointed Junior Associate will be on probation for a Minimum period of 6 months. Before the probation period comes to an end, the performance of the newly recruited employees will be evaluated and the probation period of those employees whose performance fails to meet the Bank’s expectations may be extended. The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs.46000 per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate junior associates.
