The candidates must have the following qualifications and experience to apply to SBI Recruitment 2025.

For Manager (Data Scientist)-

• The candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT /Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Data Science / AI and ML/ Equivalent degree in the above disciplines / M.Sc Data Sc /MSc (Statistics)/ MA (Statistics)/M Stat /MCA from AICTE/UGC recognized University/ Institution.
• The candidate should have a Minimum 60% mark or equivalent grade in both Graduation/Post Graduation.

Preferred Qualification-

• MBA / PGDM with specialization in finance and any certification in ML /AI/Natural Language Processing, web Crawling and Neural Networks. Above mentioned Certificates should be valid as on 31.07.2024.

Experience–

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of overall (post-basic education qualification) experience in Data Science / AI ML Model Development. Including a minimum of 2+ years of full-time experience in the areas of Analytics / AI / Machine Learning / Gen AI. AND
• The candidate should have 2+ Years Full time experience (Work/research) in developing AI/Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Gen AI Models.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have experience in the financial sector /Bank/ NBFC/Insurance/Investment firm.
• The experience mentioned/claimed should be supported by a suitable certificate issued by the concerned employer.

For Dy. Manager (Data Scientist)-

• The candidate should have a B.E./B. Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/IT /Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication/Data Science / AI and ML/ Equivalent degree in above disciplines / M.Sc Data Sc /Msc( Statistics)/ MA (Statistics)/M Stat /MCA from AICTE/UGC recognized University/ Institution.

Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2025:

The selection of the candidates for SBI Recruitment 2025 will be determined on the basis of shortlisting and interview. Intimation/Call Letter for the interview will be sent by email or will be uploaded on the Bank’s website.

• Shortlisting- Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to the candidate for being called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• Interview- The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• Merit List- The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.

Application Fee for SBI Recruitment 2025:

Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC categories have to pay Rs.750 as an application fee to complete the online application for SBI Recruitment 2025. The SC/ ST/ PwBD categories are not required to pay the application fee. The candidates are required to pay the fees through a payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter.
