MSEB Recruitment 2025: MSEB Holding Company Ltd. is looking for experienced, talented power sector professionals with impeccable performance histories and observable leadership traits to fill the post of Company Secretary on a Contract/ Deputation basis. Referring to the official notification of MSEB Recruitment 2025, candidates must hold a Graduate degree from a recognized University with Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Computer Literacy and a Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute would be preferable. Selected applicants will be paid in a Pay Scale of Rs.140655-5980-272215 and selected candidates are entitled to DA, HRA, Medical Benefit, CPF etc., as per the Rules of the Company.
Candidate must possess 05 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a listed Company. As given in the official notification of MSEB Recruitment 2025, the candidate should not be more than 45 years old. The applicant will be appointed for a duration of 03 years after joining the Company. Candidates shall pay the requisite fee of Rs.600 (Including CGST and SGST) by way of a demand draft favoring “MSEB Holding Company Ltd.” Selection of applicants will be done based on their performance in an Interview. The candidates will be short-listed for interview commensurate with the number of vacancies.
