SCI Recruitment 2023: The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) is inviting interested and well-qualified candidates for the post of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for its Head office in Mumbai. In accordance with the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2023, there is 01 vacancy for the mentioned position. The appointment will be on a contractual basis. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is also required to respond/ attend/ consult to the emergencies of shore personnel and fleet personnel at any time during the day or night in the contract period. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have an MBBS Degree from an Indian University/ Institute or recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with a minimum of 5 years of post–post-qualification experience. The applicant should have a valid DG Shipping approval at the time of application. Candidates with Post-Graduation degrees in medicine will be preferred. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position shall not be more than 62 years. The selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.94620.
According to the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2023, the period of contract will remain for an initial period of 02 years from the date of joining with provision for two extensions of three months each at the sole discretion of SCI. No company accommodation shall be provided to the selected candidates.
