SCI Recruitment 2024: The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd is looking for eligible and qualified candidates of Indian nationals for the post of Hindi Officer on a Contract basis. There is only 1 vacancy for the given post available. The period of the contract is 2 years which can be extendable twice by 6 months each. The selected candidate will be posted on the Mumbai location. As given in the official notification of SCI Recruitment of 2024, the upper age limit for the applicant is 35 years of age. The selected candidate will get a monthly payment of Rs. 86,300.
As mentioned in the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience in using or applying terminology work in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa. As per the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of post qualification inline experience and age shall be 01.03.2024 and it cannot be change irrespective of any reason. (b) A Degree of Master from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
(c) Should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR

As given in the official Notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience of using or applying terminology work in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience of teaching or research in Hindi or English under Central / State Governments / Autonomous Body /Statutory Organizations / PSUs / Universities.
As mentioned in the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the period of the contract is 2 years which can be extendable twice by 6 months each at the sole discretion of the Corporation.
According to the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will get a monthly payment of Rs. 86,300 and there will be no other perks, benefits and allowances given.
As per the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2024, the Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria for Educational Qualification, Age, Experience and any other criteria as mentioned above. After that, the candidates will get shortlisted for the interview out of the eligible candidates in a ratio of 1:10 based on higher experience.
The Personal Interview will be conducted at Shipping House, Nariman Point, Mumbai, in physical mode. The candidates will be required to submit scanned copies of all the educational qualification documents and experience certificates required along with their resumes in PDF format. The candidates will be notified about the schedule via the corporation’s website. The date and time of the Personal Interview will also notified on Corporation’s website. The shortlisted candidates will be allowed to participate in the Personal Interview only after verification of original documents.
