SECI Recruitment 2022: Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited is inviting applications for the post of Young Professional from talented, innovative, and dynamic candidates who are keen to demonstrate their proven academic, credential, and professional achievements. The recruitment to the post is for a period of 1 year which can be extended. There are 15 vacancies for the post. The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 30 years. The monthly remuneration paid is Rs. 70000.

The shortlisted candidates shall appear for an Interview before a Committee is constituted for this purpose.

Tenure for SECI Recruitment 2022:

The period of induction is proposed to be initially for one year and a maximum of three years; continuation beyond the first and subsequent years is to be contingent on a satisfactory annual performance review and as per the functional need of SECI. There will be no extension beyond the third year.

Age limit for SECI Recruitment 2022:

The maximum age limit to apply for the post is 30 years.

Remuneration for SECI Recruitment 2022:

The remuneration to these Professionals is proposed to be a consolidated fixed amount of Rs. 70000 per month for the first year, Rs. 75000 per month for the second year, and Rs. 80000 per month for the third year, for candidates who opt for three-year induction. The consolidated remuneration will be inclusive of all applicable taxes. No allowances such as Dearness Allowance. House Rent Allowance, Residential Telephone. CGHS, Medical Reimbursements, etc. are admissible.

Qualification for SECI Recruitment 2022:

For Young Professionals (Hydrogen Energy)-

i.Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/Institute.

ii. 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the Fertilizer or Natural Gas industry or 2 years post-qualification experience in the Hydrogen/Ammonia production field.

For Young Professionals (EV-charging Station)-

i. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Automobile Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.

ii. 3 years of post-qualification work experience in an Automotive/ Battery Storage industry/ RE Sector or 2 years post-qualification experience in the EV Sector.

For Young Professionals (Battery Energy Storage)-

i. Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.

ii. 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the Battery Storage industry.

For Young Professionals (Rooftop Solar)-

i. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized University/ Institute.

ii. 03 years of post-qualification on-field experience in design & installation/actual commissioning of Solar rooftop projects.
