SIDBI is inviting applications for the posts of Senior Java Developer, Senior Middleware Engineer, Quality Acceptance and Testing Engineer, Data Centre and Network Resoruce Manager, Technical Head-Network, Senior IT Security Lead, Autimation Test Lead, Release Manager, Product Manager and Data Scientist. According to the official notification of SIDBI recruitment 2023, there are a total of 14 vacancies for the above-mentioned posts.

Qualification for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for SIDBI recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Senior Java Developer-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience- 4-7 years of experience with Information Technology.

For Senior Middleware Engineer-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in handling Middleware deployment in an enterprise environment.

For Quality Acceptance and Testing Engineer:

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience- 4-5 years of experience with Information Technology.

For Data Center and Network Resource Manager:

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution with ITIL Foundation Certified in IT Service Management.
• Experience-  At least 15+ years of experience with Information Technology Out of the above, minimum 10 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in Data Center Management, Planning and execution for setting up the passive & active components in the Data Center; Cloud Migration, Hybrid cloud, Backup and Restoration, Virtualization.

For Data Center Infrastructure Management-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in incident, problem, change, and risk management.
• Experience- At least 15+ years of experience with Information Technology Out of the above, it is preferred that 10 years of overall post-qualification experience in IT with a regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in Data Center Management, Planning and execution for setting up the passive & active components in the Data Center; Cloud Migration, Hybrid cloud, Backup and Restoration, Virtualization.

For Technical Head – Networks

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience- 15+ years of experience in IT with 10+ years of experience in Networking and Security. Candidates with relevant certifications will be given preference.

For Senior IT Security Lead-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. IT Security certification(s) like (CEH/CISSP/CCIE(Security)). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in incident, problem, change, and risk management.
• Experience- 7+ years of experience in Information Security more particularly in all aspects of Incident Response with IT / Application Infrastructure.

For Automation Test Lead-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 7-12 years of experience with Information Technology. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Leading Testing Teams and Test Automation.

For Release Manager-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience- 12-15 years of experience with Information Technology. 7+ Years of experience in Devops and Agile methodologies. 5+ Years of experience in Release Management Role.

For Product Manager-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA will be given preference.
• Experience- 15-18 years of experience with Information Technology, 10+ years of experience in the Financial/Banking Domain, and 7+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.

For Data Scientist-

• Graduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Candidates with
• MCA, Certifications in Data Science, and specialization in Mathematics/Statistics will be given preference.
  Experience- 15-18 years of experience with information technology, 8+ Years of experience.

Selection Procedure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.

Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut -off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
