National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna, premier profit-making Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs. As per the NFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy.
The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year. As per the NFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 105000. Candidates should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
As per NFL Recruitment 2023 Notification Candidates should have a Degree in Chemical Engineering with 12 years of experience in Agro Chemical formulations Manufacturing plants or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 14 years of experience in Agro Chemical Formulations Manufacturing Plants.
As per the NFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 62 years.
The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years. The engagement shall be on a contract basis initially for a period of one year only from the date of their joining. The engagement can be extended for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of Management based on administrative requirement and /or their performance.
As per the NFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 105000. The payment shall be made on a pro-rata basis depending upon the number of days of attendance. Income Tax shall be deducted as per the rules. No conveyance allowance shall be provided for coming to or going from the office. The engaged persons have no right to claim additional remuneration/ compensation.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interviews. Selection shall be made according to merit drawn on the basis of the performance of shortlisted candidates in the interview process to be held at NFL Bathinda. Candidates are required to qualify for the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks. No Travelling Allowance would be payable for attending the interview or joining/reporting for duty upon selection.
