Age Limit for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 1 year which shall be extendable until completion of the assignment, subject to annual/periodical review and satisfactory performance.

Qualification and Experience for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Monitoring and Evaluation Experts (M and E)Expert

• Candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology, economics, climate / environmental sciences, or a related field.
• Candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience preferably in monitoring and evaluation of energy efficiency / environmental/infrastructural/other projects.

Desirable

• The experts should have familiarity with international best practices in M&E, including the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, the SDGs, and the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project staff, partners, and donors.
• Experience in the use of monitoring and evaluation tools and techniques, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in working with Government Ministries/Departments, Public Sector Undertakings or financial institutions would be an added advantage. Experience in working with international development organizations on climate change and familiarity with their policies and procedures would be desirable.

Procurement Expert (PE)

• Candidate should have a Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Management Studies/ Finance/ Engineering or Procurement Management from a recognized university.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 05 years of hands-on experience in public procurement and administration.
• Candidate should have a Knowledge of administrative and tender procedures in the public sector through GeM and Non GeM. Working knowledge of basic office software packages.
• Candidate should have Experience working in Externally Aided Projects is desirable.
• Candidate should have a  Knowledge of CAG/CVC guidelines and World Bank Procurement Guidelines is desirable
• Candidate should have Self-driven with a high degree of responsiveness and proactivity.

Technical Expert (TE)

• Candidate should have a Graduation in electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning, and policy or business or related engineering fields.
• Candidate should have Post-graduation or additional qualifications in energy management a related field is desirable.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on and practical experience in designing, financing, and/or delivering energy savings performance contracting-based energy efficiency projects in various demand side sub-sectors, working closely with/for utility companies, ESCOs, energy engineering consulting firms, and/or financial institutions.
• Candidate should have Experience working in Externally Aided Projects is desirable.
• Candidate should have Self-driven with a high degree of responsiveness and proactivity.
• Candidate should have Excellent communication, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
