SIDBI Recruitment 2025: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is looking for qualified and suitable candidates for the post of Cluster Expert on a Contractual/ Consultant Basis (Full-time / Part-Time). There is only 01 vacant seat available for SIDBI Recruitment 2025. The minimum age limit is 40 years and the maximum age limit is 65 years to apply for the above-stated post. The engagement is made on a contract basis for a period of 03 years. The contract shall be extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The candidate should be an expert in the domain of MSME clusters with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized Indian/Foreign University/Institute are eligible to apply for SIDBI Recruitment 2025. The selected candidates will be assigned to work in New Delhi. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a shortlisting and Personal Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as given in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025 have to submit their duly filled application form in the prescribed format along with the supporting documents by email on or before the closing date. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The appointment of SIDBI Recruitment 2025 is made on a contract basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years. The contract shall be extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to 02 years.
As given in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, the remuneration would be market-linked. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate. Apart from initial remuneration offered on Cost to Company (CTC) basis, there would be a provision for an annual increment on CTC finalized initially, which shall be considered by the Bank based on the performance review from time to time. The salary would also have a suitable variable component.
The chosen candidates for SIDBI Recruitment 2025 will be posted in New Delhi. However, the Bank reserves the right to post the incumbent at other Centres as the Bank may decide from time to time.
Based on the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, the selection of the candidates will be based on shortlisting and personal interview. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications, if necessary, to prepare a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview. Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for an interview. The qualifying marks in the Interview/selection procedure will be decided by the Bank.
