SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) is hiring interested and eligible candidates for the Empanelment of Advocates for a period of 02 years. As per the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidates applying for the mentioned position should have a Degree in law from a UGC-recognized University. The candidates should have Duly enrolled with the concerned Bar Council. The candidates should have 12 years of experience in the respective field for which applied that is Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters in the High Court for conducting cases in the High Court, the candidates should have 10 years of experience in Service matters as practising Advocate in Central Administrative Tribunal for conducting cases in CAT and the candidates should have 07 years of experience in respective field for which applied that is Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters as practising Advocate in District Court including other Courts and Tribunals for conducting cases in District courts and other courts/tribunals.
According to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, interested candidates can apply offline by filling out the application form available on the official website of SPMCIL and submitting it through registered/speed post to the address mentioned below in the article. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of interaction/ empanelment Committee along with the date, time and venue of interaction. The empanelment will be valid for a period of 02 years from the date of empanelment which may be further extended for one year (if required). The performance of empanelled Advocate shall be reviewed at regular intervals for continuance in the panel of Advocates. For conducting cases in High Court:
The candidates should have 12 years of experience in the respective field for which applied that is Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters in the High Court.
For conducting cases in CAT:
The candidates should have 10 years of experience in Service matters as practising Advocate in Central Administrative Tribunal.
For conducting cases in District courts and other courts/tribunals:
The candidates should have 07 years of experience in the respective field for which applied that is Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters as a practising Advocate in District Court including other Courts and Tribunals.
According to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the empanelment will be valid for a period of 02 years from the date of empanelment which may be further extended for 01 year (if required). The performance of empanelled Advocate shall be reviewed at regular intervals for continuance in the panel of Advocates.
