SSB Recruitment 2022: The has invited applications in the prescribed proforma from interested and eligible Officers to fill up the post of Additional Judge Attorney General (Comdt.) and Judge Attorney General (Dy. Comdt.) posts in Sashastra Sterna Bal on a deputation/re-employment basis. There are a total of 07 vacancies for the Posts, 04 for Additional Judge Attorney General (Comdt.) and 03 for Judge Attorney General (Dy. Comdt.). The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same Organization or Department shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

The Upper age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of the application. Applications of willing and eligible officers may be forwarded in the prescribed format, in duplicate to the Commandant (Pers-II), Directorate General, Sashsastra Seema Bat, East Block-V, R K Puram, New Delhi-110066 within 60 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the ‘Employment News’.

Eligibility Criteria for SSB Recruitment 2022:

For Additional Judge Attorney General (Comdt.)

By deputation/absorption:

“(a) Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Central Armed Police Forces including Sashastra Seema Bal, having a degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent;”

0) holding analogous post in the Level-13 of pay matrix (Rs 123100-215900) or equivalent on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department, having fifteen years of experience in dealing with legal matters or court cases; or

with five years of regular service in the Level-12 of pay matrix (Rs. 78800-209200), having fifteen years of experience in dealing with lei matters or court cases; or

with ten years regular service in the Level-11 of pay matrix (Rs. 67700-208700), having fifteen years of experience in dealing with legal matters or court cases; or

(b) a Member of the State Judicial Service holding an analogous post in the Level-13 of pay matrix (Rs. 123100-215900) or equivalent having fifteen years of experience in dealing with legal matters or court cases.

For Judge Attorney General (Dy. Comdt.)

By deputation/absorption:

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Central Armed Police Forces including Sash. Seema Bal, having a degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent:

holding analogous post in the Level-11 of pay matrix (Rs.67700- 208700) on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

an officer who is a member of the State Judicial Service holding an analogous post in the Level-11 of pay matrix (Rs. 67700-208700) having six years of experience in dealing with legal matters /court cases; or with six years of regular service in the grade of Assistant Commandant or equivalent, in.. the Level-10 of pay matrix (Rs.56100-177500). Having five years of experience in dealing with legal matters/court cases.
