SSC CHSL 2024 Notification: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination (SSC CHSL 2024) soon. The notification will be available on the official website of the commission (ssc.gov.in). The deadline to apply for the SSC CHSL tier 1 examination is May 1, with the test scheduled for June-July. However, it’s important to note that these dates are tentative and subject to change if necessary.
The SSC CHSL 2024 recruitment drive will hire for Group C positions including Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Data Entry Operators (DEO) across a spectrum of ministries, departments, offices of the Government of India, as well as constitutional bodies, statutory bodies, and tribunals.
The detailed SSC CHSL notification will include information on the number of vacancies for various posts, total vacancies, eligibility criteria, examination scheme and pattern, application process, and application fee, among other details.
SSC CHSL 2024 notification will be available to candidates on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
Interested candidates should be between 18-27 years as on the cut-off date to apply for SSC CHSL 2024, according to the SSC CHSL 2024 official notification.
As informed by the commission, the application deadline of the SSC CHSL tier 1 examination has been tentatively. The online registration process is likely to start today i.e. April 2. 2024 on the new website of the commission and will end on May 1, 2024.

For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/ DEO Grade ‘A’ in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Ministry of Culture: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
For LDC/ JSA and DEO/ DEO Grade ‘A’ (except DEOs in Department/ Ministry mentioned at Para 8.1 above): Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
As per the SSC CHSL notification, candidates can apply for the post by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (ssc.gov.in)
Step 2: Register yourself on the website if you are not already registered.
Step 3: Once you are registered, you are eligible to access and fill out the application form for SSC CHSL 2024
Step 4: Upload the scanned copies of the required documents: Photograph, signatures, and educational certificates.
Step 5: Make the payment of the application fee of Rs. 100.
Step 6: Review the application form and submit it.
The selection of candidates in the SSC CHSL 2024 will be done in three stages:
