SSC CHSL Phase 12 Exam 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the date for Phase 12 and Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSL) Exam 2024. As per the official notice by the authority, the revised dates for CHSL Exam 2024 is July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 while for Phase 12 Exam 2024 is June 20, 21, 24, 25, and 26 respectively.
SSC official notification says “The schedule of ‘Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2024 (Paper-I)’ will remain the same i.e. 27th to 29th June, 2024. All the concerned candidates are advised to note the aforesaid schedule and visit the website of the Commission at regular Intervals for further updates”.
For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/DEO Grade ‘A’ in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution and Ministry of Culture, a candidate must have passed class 12th in the science stream with mathematics and for DEO/DEO Grade ‘A’ in other departments or ministries and all LDC/JSA posts, a candidate must have passed class 12h from a well-recognised board or university.
This year approximately 3,712 vacancies are opened for the SSC CHSL Examination 2024. The commission will soon release the SSC CHSL and Phase 12 Admit on its official website. As per the age criteria set by the commission for SSC CHSL 2024, a candidate must possess an age between 18 years and 27 years to apply. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 27 years while for reserved category (SC/ST) candidates, no upper age limit is being set by the authority.

The SSC CHSL tier one exam will be held with a total of 100 questions, each question will carry 2 marks. There is a Negative Marking in this exam. For each incorrect answer, the candidate will need to pay a penalty of 0.5 mark. Below there is the subject-wise question distribution for the exam.
