Qualification for SSC Recruitment 2023:

For Border Roads Organization (BRO)- JE (C)-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute; OR
• Three years of Diplomas in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute/Board; And
• Two years of working experience in Planning/Execution/Maintenance of Civil Engineering works.

For Border Roads Organization (BRO)-JE (E & M)-

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. OR
• Three years Diplomas in Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute/ Board. And
• Two years experience in Planning/Execution/ Maintenance of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering works.

For Central Public Works Department (CPWD)- JE (C)-

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

For Central Public Works Department (CPWD)- JE (E)-

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

For Central Water Commission-JE (C)-

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

For Central Water Commission-JE (M)-

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

For the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (Brahmaputra Board)-

• Three years Diplomas in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

For Farakka Barrage Project (FBP)-JE (C)-

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute Board.

Selection Process for SSC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SSC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Computer Based Examination that will be conducted in two tiers.

Application Fee for SSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SSC Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.100 as an application fee. The women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
