SSC Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting applications from interested and experienced candidates for the ex-cadre post of Accountant Group B, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial on a deputation basis. The opportunity is open for SSC(NWR), Chandigarh, SSC(MPR), Raipur, SSC(WR), Mumbai, SSC(NER), Guwahati and SSC(KKR), Bengaluru, where there is only 01 vacancy for each. There are a total of 05 vacant seats available for the given post. The selected candidates will be provided a monthly remuneration on Pay Level-6 (Old Pay Band: PB II Rs.9300-34800 with the grade pay of Rs.4200). The maximum age limit should not exceed 56 years to apply for the above-indicated post.
Based on the official notification of SSC Recruitment 2025, officers under the Central Government are eligible to apply for the given post. The detailed eligibility is described below in the article. The appointment is made for a period of 01 year and is extendable on a yearly basis maximum of up to 03 years (see below). Candidate should not exceed the age of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application by the Commission.
The candidates must have the following qualifications and experience to apply to SSC Recruitment 2025.
Officers under the Central Government:
The official notification of SSC Recruitment 2025 states that the chosen candidates will be given a monthly salary on Pay Level-6 (Old Pay Band: PB II Rs.9300-34800 with a grade pay of Rs.4200).
The engagement of SSC Recruitment 2025 is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates will be initially for 01 year and extendable on a yearly basis maximum of up to 03 years and will be governed by instructions issued vide DoPT vide OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time. The fixation of pay/deputation (duty) allowance shall be governed by instructions issued by DoPT from time to time.
As stated in the official notification of SSC Recruitment 2025, Candidates should fill out the Application form in the prescribed pro forma available on the website and submit their Application form along with all necessary documents i.e. cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, copies of APARS, etc. and ‘Certificate from the Employer should reach to the undersigned, through proper channel, within 2 months from the release of notification. The Notification has been released on 09.01.2025.
Candidate must ensure that their application(s) should reach SSC through the proper channel by the last date prescribed for receipt of applications. However, they may also send an advance copy of the application(s) to SSC well before the last date prescribed and ensure the forwarding of their application through the proper channels promptly.
