Post Name and Vacancies for STPI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of STPI recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the posts of Senior Director (Member Technical Staff- E-VI) and Member Technical Staff- E-V.

1- Senior Director (Member Technical Staff- E-VI)- 01

2- Member Technical Staff- E-V- 02

The vacancies are proposed to be filled up by Absorption/Direct Recruitment basis failing which by Deputation. Appointment made on an Absorption/Direct Recruitment basis shall be on a probation period of two years which is likely to be regularized/ extended/ terminated depending upon the performance of the candidate during the probation period.

Salary for STPI Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of STPI recruitment 2023, the monthly salary will be given to shortlisted candidates as given below-

For Senior Director (Member Technical Staff- E-VI)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200).

For Member Technical Staff- E-V- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in Level 13A (Rs. 131100-216600).

Age Limit for STPI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of STPI recruitment 2023, the age limit is based on the basis of mode of recruitment which is given below-

For Senior Director (Member Technical Staff- E-VI)-

For appointment on direct recruitment basis 50 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules).

Note 1- Age relaxation to be given to Government servants would be governed in accordance with DoPT’s instructions issued from time to time.
Note 2- Five years of age relaxation in DR mode to the serving employees of Autonomous Societies under MeitY.

For appointment on absorption basis 56 years.
For appointment on deputation basis 58 years.

For Member Technical Staff- E-V-

For appointment on absorption/ deputation basis 56 years.
For appointment on direct recruitment basis 48 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules)

Qualification for STPI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for STPI recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification-

For Senior Director (Member Technical Staff- E-VI)-

On Direct Recruitment Basis-

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Master in Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology.
OR
Master’s Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics AND Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science.
OR
Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned in (a) or (b) above.

Experience:

• 21 years experience in case of having educational qualification mentioned at I (a).
• 19 years experience in case of having educational qualification mentioned at I (b).
• 15 years experience in case of having educational qualification mentioned at I (c).
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management capacity.

On Absorption/ Deputation (initially for a period of 03 years)-

Having 5 years of regular service in Level 13A (Rs. 131100-216600)

Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

For Member Technical Staff- E-V-

On Direct Recruitment-

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 17 years experience.
OR
Master’s Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 15 years of experience.
OR
Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines along with qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 12 years of experience.
Candidates possessing qualifications as at (a) or (b) above followed by an MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years of relaxation in experience.

For Absorption/ Deputation (initially for a period of 03 years)-

Officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
Holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR
Having 5 years of regular service in Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900).

Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.

Selection Procedure for STPI Recruitment 2023:

All the applications received will be shortlisted and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Only the completed online applications by the last date of receipt of online application shall be considered for screening and only shortlisted candidates (after screening) shall be called for Personal Interviews.
