According to sources, the Tamil Nadu Department of School Education is likely to begin elementary school admissions under the Right to Education (RTE) Act as early as possible. Admissions under the RTE Act 2009 are open for students from economically weaker sections (EWS) and disadvantaged groups who wish to enroll in private schools for the next academic year 2023-24.

According to the latest reports, the admission application procedure for the RTE TN Primary School Admission 2023 will commence soon. The RTE Act aims to provide education to all children and to remove barriers to providing quality education.
