• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM course with a specialization in Finance with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountants.
• Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P and T Accounts and Finance Service and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working at the appropriate level are exempted from these educational qualifications.

Experience-

• The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.
• Applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.
• The relevant experience in respect of applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Salary for THDC Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for THDC Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary in the pay scale of Rs.180000 to Rs.340000 (IDA).

Tenure for THDC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process for THDC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for THDC Recruitment 2023 on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The Board reserves the right to shortlist candidates.
