THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC is looking for dynamic candidates with good experience and academic records for the posts of Technical (Civil Design), Technical (Thermal) and Non-Technical (HR). There are a total of 03 vacancies for the given post. According to the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of upto Rs. 300000. As mentioned in the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 57 years.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email about the date, time and venue. As given in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Candidates belonging to General/OBC/NCL have to pay Rs. 600 and SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the fee. The online applications start on 5th April 2023.

According to the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 150000 to Rs. 300000.
The Compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time. The Corporation also offers excellent facilities like Short and Long term Loans and Advances including House Building Advances, Car loans, Computer/Laptop loans, Medical facilities for self and dependents, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, and Pension.
Protection of Basic Pay in Case of PSU and Govt. Employees as per DPE guidelines issued from time to time.
In accordance with the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-
Technical (Civil Design)- Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
Experience: Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 or equivalent level / post profile( Private Sector)
Technical (Thermal)- Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.
Experience: Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 or equivalent level/post profile ( Private Sector)
Non-Technical (HR)- MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university / Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
Desirable: LLB
Experience: Post-qualification executive experience of 27 years in Executive/ Officer cadre in the relevant
area in a Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking or a large private company of repute out of which minimum 2 years in immediate lower grade/scale (IDA). IDA pay scale Rs. 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 or equivalent level/post profile ( Private Sector)

The selection process consists of marks obtained (100 marks) in Essential Qualification, Number of years and Interview. Candidates must qualify for Personal Interview in order to be considered for the empanelment.
