TPSC Recruitment 2022: Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the recruitment for the Post of Group B and Group C Junior Engineer Posts under the Public Works Department (PWDs) through the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Rules-2022. There are 200 (Jr Engineers with Degree 100 + Jr Engr with Diploma 100) Vacancies to be filled with a Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination 2022.

Among the Intending Persons, those who meet the Eligibility for Group-B Gazetted Junior Engineer, TES, Gr-V(A) Degree (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical), And Group-C Non-Gazetted Junior Engineer, TES Gr-V(B), Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) Posts under the Public Works Department, may apply as per the TPSC Combined Competitive Recruitment Rules-2022.

The closing date for application is 26th December 2022 (26.12.2022).

Pay Scale: Level-13 (Rs.47600.00 Pay Matrix’s Cell -1)

Age Limits (As of 26.12.2022): The Un-Reserved Category Candidates should be a Minimum of 18 Years and a Maximum of 40 Years. The Upper Age Relaxations in the case of Reserved Community Candidates as per the Rules Applicable.

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have Minimum Degree in the Appropriate Branch of Engineering from a Government of India Recognized University or its equivalent Academic Qualification.

B) Posts and Classification: Group-C Non-Gazetted Junior Engineer, TES Gr-V(B), Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) under the Public Works Department.

Pay Scale: Level-10 (Rs.34700.00 Pay Matrix’s Cell -1)

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have a Minimum Diploma in the Appropriate Branch of Engineering from a Government of India Recognized University or its equivalent Academic Qualification.

Application Fees and Payment Mode for TPSC Recruitment 2022:

A) Group-B Gazetted Posts:

i) General Merit Candidates: Rs. 350.00

ii) BPL Card-holders/PwBD/SC/ST Candidates: Rs.250.00

B) Group-C Non-Gazetted Posts:

i) General Merit Candidates: Rs. 200.00

ii) BPL Card-holders/PwBD/SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 150.00

C) SC/ST Candidates from other States (Not Recognized as such Reserved Community Candidates by the Government of Tripura) should apply for Un-Reserved Vacancies as General Category Candidates with the Mandatory Recruitment Fee prescribed for the Un-Reserved/General Category Candidates of Tripura State.

Selection Process for TPSC Recruitment 2022:

Selection for the Posts under the Public Works Department to be conducted through the TPSC-notified Combined Competitive Examination Rules 2022 shall consist of 03 Stages;

1) an Objective-Type Preliminary Examination for a Maximum of 100 Marks;

2) Main Written Examination for a Maximum of 500 Marks and

3) Interview-cum-Personality Test for a Maximum of 50 Marks.

Tripura Public Service Commission will prepare a Common Merit List Category-wise and Community-specific for the Final Selection of the Candidates declared Successful on Merit in both Main Examination and Interview-cum-Personality Test for 550 (500+50) Marks.

Before Applying for the to-be Opted Post, the Applicant should register his/her Curriculum Vitae Particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on TPSC’s Website Or through the Registration Link provided. Once the Applicant Registers his/her particulars, a User Identity gets generated and transmitted to his/her Registered Mobile Number and Email Identity.  The Applicants need to apply for the Post using the OTPR User Identification through TPSC’s Website.
