Counsellor:
The candidates should have Post Graduate degree diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with 01-year experience after a PG Degree/ Diploma working in the field of Counselling in the health sector, preferably in HIV/ AIDS or a Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with 03 years of experience after graduation etc.
Lab Technician:
The candidates should have a B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)/ BMLS or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT)/ DMLS with a course duration of at least 02 years recognized by the State Government/ Central Government.
Data Manager:
The candidates should have Graduation in any discipline with Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized University/ Institute.
ANM:
The candidates should have HS(+2)stage of its equivalents examination passed by a recognized Board or Trained in an ANM/Multi Purpose Worker(Female)course for not less than 2 years including a period of internship from a Govt. recognized institution affiliated with Indian Nursing Council or trained in MPW/ ANM Training course from a recognized University/ Institute. The candidates must have registered in Tripura Nursing Council or Tripura State Diploma in Nursing Examination.

Experience Required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
Counsellor:
The candidates should have at least 02 to 03 years of experience in their relevant field and the candidates should have good knowledge of Computers.
Lab Technician:
The candidates should have at least 02 years of experience working in the diagnostic laboratory for those with a B.Sc/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, 01-year of experience for those working in the diagnostic laboratory for candidates having an M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology etc.
Data Manager:
The candidates should have working experience in data management and working knowledge of health-related software and work experience in HIV/ AIDS Programmes in field settings.
ANM:
The candidates should have knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
