Qualification and Experience for UCSL Recruitment 2024:

For Senior Manager (HSE) –

• A recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology from a recognized University. and
• The candidate should have a Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire Safety recognized by the State Government**.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 12 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding or Ship repair or Engineering companies or Offshore Fabrication or Petrochemical Industry or Marine related Engineering companies or Government / Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.

For Manager (Planning) –

• The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable-

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 9 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding or Ship repair or Engineering companies or Offshore Fabrication or Petrochemical Industry or Marine related Engineering companies or Government / Semi-Government Companies /Establishments.

For Deputy Manager (Finance) –

• The candidate should be a chartered accountant or Cost Management Accountant.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in the Financial reporting domain.
• The candidate should have experience shall be in IND – AS (Indian Accounting Standard) and taxation.
• In the case of applicants working in the regular cadre in PSUs / Government/ Autonomous bodies, one year of experience shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay or equivalent.
• The applicants working in the private sector or on contract rolls in PSUs / Government/ Autonomous bodies shall be
  drawing CTC (only monetary/cash part) comparable to the immediate lower scale of pay of UCSL.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have 5 years shall be as a team lead or section head in managing the Finance function.
