UGC NET Registration 2024: UGC NET Registration Last Date Ended, Correction Window Facility Open from 13th May
UGC NET Registration 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has closed the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) registration for 2024 today, May 10. Interested and eligible candidates were required to apply for the UGC NET 2024 by visiting the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The NTA has postponed the UGC NET 2024 examination. According to the altered date, the UGC NET 2024 exam will now be held on June 18 rather than June 16. The decision to postpone the UGC NET exams was made because they clashed with the UPSC preliminary exams. The UGC-NET 2024 test will be in OMR (pen and paper) format and will cover 83 subjects.
The last day to submit the UGC NET 2024 application form was May 10, 2024, which is now been ended. although candidates can pay the registration cost till May 12. Candidates will have the opportunity to update their previously submitted application form. The NTA will open the UGC NET 2024 application correction window from May 13 to May 15. Candidates will be able to amend their personal information, academic qualifications, exam city preferences, and scanned pictures.
When the UGC NET Registration 2024 were open, candidates needed to pay the UGC NET 2024 application fee to complete the registration process. The registration fee for UGC NET 2024 was Rs 1,150 for general applicants and Rs 600 for other backward classes (OBC-NCL). On the other side, the UGC NET 2024 application cost for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Transgender applicants was Rs 325.
The UGC NET correction window will be open from 13th May 2024 to 15th May 2024. Candidates will be able to change their personal information, academic qualifications, exam city preferences, and scanned pictures.
