Unilever Hiring Business, Finance Graduates 

Overview:

Unilever is hiring an experienced Senior Sourcing Executive, Business Services Outsourcing at their Mumbai location. The role will need to foster and build a culture of collaboration and support excellent execution of our strategies while fostering deep relationships with our stakeholders and suppliers. This role will report to Global Portfolio Lead, Outsourcing, MBS.

What will you be doing:

Part of the team managing spend of appx 45 Mn across Finance & Supplier Operations globally

Leadregional/globalstrategic sourcing projects (Rfx), carry out negotiation, commercials alignment, planning and executionso as to deliver best possible commercial benefit to Unilever

Managethe sourcing project from PMO perspective and liaise with business stakeholders, VMO, tax, legal, finance, supplierand other internal members for on time contract alignment, query resolution, and

Ensurecontractual commitments are in place and signed off by stakeholders, legal and finance as appropriate.

Align withfinance team on commercial benefits and reportit in Unilever

Work with business, cross functional teams and vendors for any new contract changerequirements, approvals and ensure contractual compliance.

Work with Strategic Sourcing Manager, Portfolio Lead, regional/globalstakeholders,and supplier ops to determinepreferred supplier listings and agreeing rate cards for

Proactively work with supplier and finance Ops to ensure day to day transactional work is being supported and makeuse of eProcurement tools to deliver increased

Work closely with Key UniOpsstakeholders and Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and deliver market specific portfolio

Identifynew savings pipeline projects anda plan to meet the yearly savings and cash

Manage escalations,issues arising from markets and work closely with partner and internal teams to close the

Proactively ensure transparency and compliance with business policies for sourcing activities

Support any side projects orinitiatives being carried out at local/global level.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.

5+years of procurement experience (Indirect Procurement experience will be preferred)

Knowledgeable in Sourcing, negotiation and contracting. Understanding of supply market, value chain, and FMCG knowledge. Knowledge of Outsourcingand other business services portfolios is a strong plus.

Experience in supplier relationship management

Experience on medium-large scale project management

Knowledge of Unilever business systemsis a pluse., Coupa, CLM, SRS and Aravo,
as well as Analytical tools (Excel, powerBI)
