CMRL Recruitment 2025: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) is inviting applications from deserving, motivated and qualified candidates for the positions of Manager (VAC and TVS) and AM (HR). The candidate selected for the Manager position will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 85,000 and those chosen for the AM (HR) position will be paid a remuneration of Rs. 62,000 per month. Candidates applying for the aforementioned position need to pay a non-refundable application Fee of Rs.300, whereas SC/ST are required to pay/transfer a non-refundable fee of Rs.50 (for processing charge), which is to be paid online. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. The period of engagement will be made for the period of 2 years and the same will be extended for a further period subject to the requirement and performance of the candidates as per the existing terms and conditions on mutual consent. There are a total of three vacancies available.
In line with the official notification of CMRL Recruitment 2025, candidates to apply for the Manager post must hold a B.E / B.Tech (Mech / EEE) graduate degree from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, and those chosen at AM (HR) position must hold a Graduate degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Humanities or equivalent (see below). The mode of shortlisting candidates will comprise of two stages i.e., Interview and Medical Examination. The interview will be followed by a medical examination. The selection process will judge the candidate on different factors like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness. The incumbent should possess post-qualification experience of a minimum of 07 years with relevant experience in project management of Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS) or Air Conditioning Systems or Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) in a large infrastructure project, which shall include the following areas:
