Unilever is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Global Supply Chain Finance Services Operations at their Bangalore location. In this role, you will work as part of the Global Supply Chain Finance Services (SCFS) team at Unilever. You will play a key role in the structure of the new team, process design, transition phase, project delivery, and establishing the SCFS Global team together with our 3PSP Partner.
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Global process deployment for NPD Costing, Innovation Costing, Month-End Close, and Trade Debtor/TWC
Subject matter expertise in the relevant area(s)
Business Partner and first point of contact within Unilever for relevant processes
Guide and deliver through the 3PSPs (CG, IBM, etc.) and monitor performance
Manage effective service delivery, creating exceptional user experience in the stakeholder community
In-depth understanding of business systems and tools
GFCF controls understanding, documentation, and attendance/support SOX and other Audits
Data mining and KPI development
Excellent service delivery and continuous improvements
Support the preparation of Governance meetings with global stakeholders such as Capgemini and Global Procurement Finance
Support internal discussions by sharing a global picture with the right facts.
Benchmark cross-cluster to spot and drive opportunities to harmonize or implement more efficient ways of working
Support various projects touching the processes of NPD Costing, Innovation Costing, Month-End Close, and Trade Debtor/TWC
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience
Background in Finance (> 3 years’ experience)
Prior experience in SC Finance (e.g. SU finance, Procurement Finance is preferential)
Solid experience in Project management (including senior stakeholder management)
English fluency (Business level)
Team lead experience (Desirable)
Strong Supply Chain Process and financial controls knowledge
The project, change management, and leadership skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Robust risk and controls management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive agenda
A strong customer and service-centric mindset,
Ability to challenge the status quo pro-actively
Passion for technology and digital innovation
Strong in holding self and others accountable
Passionate about building and developing best-in-class finance processes and solutions
Agility and Flexibility, the role requires working in different time zones depending on the processes and peak moments.
