For Deputy Product Solution Head –

• A full-time graduate degree in any discipline from a university/ institution recognized by Govt of India/approved by Govt Regulatory bodies.

Experience-

• The candidate should have Over all 12 years functional experience in Transaction Banking CAPS Business operations with any of the scheduled Commercial Bank (Private/Foreign/ Nationalized Bank sector in Cash Management Services).
• The candidate should have Product knowledge in Transaction banking i.e. Payments and Collections products .

For Deputy Product Sales Head –

• Preference will be given to candidates who have done their MBA or equivalent degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies viz Operations, Marketing,
• Finance from a university/ institution recognized by Govt ofIndia/approved by Govt Regulatory bodies.

Experience-

• Expertise in solutions like escrow, Nodal, NACH, e NACH, UPI, Payment Gateway solutioning i.e. by way of using the design and working delivery of the emerging technologies such as APIs, Host2Host, Auto split and micro-services architecture, e-collections (Virtual Accounts), CBSS, Cooperative Bank solutions as well as Standard Payments and Collections products.

For Chief Product Solution Manager-

Experience-

• The candidate should have minimum 9 years functional experience in TBD CAPS Business operations in any of the scheduled Commercial Bank (Private/Foreign/ Nationalized Bank sector in Cash Management Services.
• The candidate should have Product knowledge in Transaction banking i.e. Payments and
  Collections products.
