UPSC CDS I 2024: UPSC CDS I 2024 Final Result OUT at upsc.gov.in, 237 Candidates Successfully Cleared

UPSC CDS I 2024 Final Result: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Combined Defence Services (CDS) I 2024 Final Result. The result was declared on October 21, 2024. Candidates who this year appeared for the exam can access their scorecards at the official website of UPSC i.e., upsc.gov.in. Candidates are required to send their original certificates along with the attested photocopies of their Date of Birth/Educational qualification proofs to the Army Headquarters /Naval Headquarters /Air Headquarters. This year a total of 237 candidates have been selected for the various defence courses in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy. 158 candidates have been given seats in the IMA, 44 in INA, and 34 in Air Force Academy.

The official notification released by the UPSC reads, “The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) holders], 32 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro[including 06 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing) holders] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad [03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (AirWing) holders through NCC Special Entry].” Candidates can follow the below-mentioned procedure to access their results.

Further, the UPSC stated it recommended 1954, 586 and 628 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, respectively.

• Elementary Mathematics: 2 hours, 100 marks

For candidate’s admission into the Officers’ Training Academy:
