UPSC Recruitment 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is accepting applications from unmarried male and female candidates for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination for Army, Navy and Air Force posts. There are 400 vacant seats available for the positions mentioned. Candidates must pass the 12th grade of the 10+2 pattern of school education or an equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or university. The aforementioned post is open to applicants who were born between July 02, 2005, and July 1, 2008.
Referring to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will get a set monthly salary of Rs. 56100 for cadet training. Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 100 for UR and OBC, and no fee is required for SC,ST and women. The selected candidate will have to spend three years at the National Defence Academy, an inter-service institution, receiving preliminary instruction in both academics and physicals.
