Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Partner with business teams to deliver analytics projects with business value

Have a knack foreseeing solution in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for Honeywell

Develop new and innovative analytical solutions to solve business problems

Building profile of data and analytics by providing clear data and analytics stories and spreading them across business

Work well in teams as well as independently as needed

Effectively manage stakeholders and evangelize analytics culture in the organization

Bring in a data oriented personality and be proficiency in using latest tools and technologies.

Keep in sync with the key market trends in analytics and spread awareness about it in the organization

Ability to multitask on various Analytics Projects at the same time

Partners with finance and non-finance teams to define key analytics requirements, define business impact and execution of projects

Communicate results along with business impacts of insight initiatives to relevant stakeholders

Eligibility:

BE \B. Tech, M.E\M. Tech, M.S, MBA with Advanced Analytics Certifications

4-6 years of overall experiences as a data scientist spread across Analytics, Business Intelligence tools and technologies

Knowledge of the Analytics tool application and processes

Ability to develop new and Innovative analytical solutions to solve business problems

Knowledge of latest tools and technologies

Proactive approach to improve systems and processes

Good communication skills

Strong project management skills: PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a preferred

Strong organizational and communication
