Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Work closely with the Corp. Dev. Team in the execution of strategic processes and transactions

Work closely on diligence processes through to successful execution of legal and financial DD

Benchmark valuations to optimize capital raises, exits and M&A

Build and manage long-term relationships with portfolio companies and co-investors

Market research and develop a macro view with the aim to share market insights to differentiate portfolio

Study market and published data to create insights and trendlines to advise portfolio companies and Groww

Create comparable transaction sets, investment collaterals including financial models

Test assumptions shared by potential investee companies and benchmark to market data

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree and academic excellence.

Min 1  year of relevant experience – max 3 years of exp.

Investment  banking experience or VC/PE experience is preferred.

Experience  in deal management & due diligence is a plus.

Highly  proficient with PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets modelling.
