Overview:

Ford is hiring an experienced Finance L&D Specialist at their Chennai location. You will be responsible to liaise with Global L&D representatives and work with Subject Matter Experts and Ford internal customers.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Ensure training meets Ford L&D quality standards.

Select and use appropriate tools and apply adult learning principles.

Apply graph illustration principles to custom materials.

Create and maintain a project timeline.

Conduct review meetings.

Participate in review meetings.

Assess learner’s needs using appropriate methods and tools using standard needs assessment process.

Create a needs assessment document including proposed solutions.

Perform a task/job analysis and prepare for design.

Review existing course architecture and curriculum.

Create design document and structure for curriculum.

Produce output in format compatible with Ford environment.

Obtain requisite approvals.

Develop materials using appropriate software tools and graphics.

Manage technical evaluation process.

Confirm proper functional operation of course or materials in LMS or Xyleme.

Manage pilots and testing.

Adjust training as necessary based on feedback.

Design and develop training and training evaluations..

Archive training when complete.

Review evaluation data for potential course changes and adjustments.
