Overview:

Ikea is hirng an experienced Senior Service Business Settlement Specialist at their Bangalore location. In this role you are responsible to define, develop, and support IKEA Transport & Services processes to secure the stability and growth of IKEA. Also, secure proper invoice control process had been placed for Service Business Related invoices from external TSPs (Transport Service Providers).

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Is responsible for the development of Centiro SBS Billing Proposal process

Is responsible for the confirmation of the executing in daily invoice control (billing) tasks

Works proactively together with relevant stakeholders to ensure the invoice control process (SFO, CSC, Sourcing, BN, Finance)

Work on process development and continuous improvement for the Centiro invoice control process to decrease number of manual integrations

Proactively communicates and cooperates with TSPs and IKEA stakeholders in market sharing goals and ambitions that will support the overall business development

Is responsible for giving input on set forecast to improve the TSPs’ invoice quality and performance in cooperation with Operations Developer (SFO) and Operation Specialist (SFO)

Answers the question from service providers in relevant invoice control process

Has a deep knowledge of all countries and processes in Team’s scope

Acts as a trainer and a coach for other Team Members\

Supports SBS Leader in additional tasks as necessary

Qualifications for this Job:

For this role we believe you have College degree or above with 6 to 8 years of experience.

Basic accounting/tax knowledge and working experience in finance.

Basic logistics and/or supply chain knowledge and working experience.

Fluent oral and written English (+local language if needed).

Very good computer skills; especially Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills.

Very good time management skills

Passion for finance and/or logistics related matters

Knowledge in Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay/Contract Management

Willingness to develop personally together with developing the business

Willingness to achieve goals while solving unexpected issues

Desire to exceed goals

Curiosity to find more effective ways of working in order to optimize performance
