Victoria’s Secret is hiring an experienced Asset Digital Merchandiser at their Bangalore location. This team member will Support the Digital Merchandiser in optimal setup of digital floorsets. Supports with pulling and analyzing reporting to optimize the business, offer execution, and owning site execution.
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Performs daily optimizations to Digital Store based on performance (via Digital KPI’s), Brand updates, and product sell thru. Inclusive of resequencing product, optimizing product pages and updating navigation to improve key performance metrics of Digital store.
Accountable for product launching on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, etc.) and ensures it is merchandised and searchable in all equivalent locations cross-site.
Liaises with Planning and Merchants to understand impacts of inventory shifts to floor set and other updates in strategy and sell performance from test reads, customer feedback or store learnings.
Champions digital evolution within category (new technology and site enhancement testing, etc.).
Leads the way in process improvement and streamlining across the various assistant across digital merchandising.
Pulls reporting and performs analysis to make recommendations for future to the Manager.
Supports Manager and Associate Manager in executing, troubleshooting, and optimizing offers in collaboration with peers and develops the customer experience strategy. Maps the offer journey through the shopping funnel.
Partners with Marketing team to validate daily email distribution and linking strategy, attending email strategy meetings, and flagging discrepancies and making recommendations.
Collaborates with Digital Site Operations Production partners for daily business needs.
Pre-Season Planning:
Partner with Merchants to understand overall product strategy and launches per season.
Ideate on digital shop experiences in alignment with Brand priorities and financial plans.
Reference current season and LY customer experience and Navigation data trends to influence future planning.
1-3 years of Retail experience within in a Digital Merchandising/eCommerce function.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Good to have Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics (Web analytics)
