VSSC Recruitment 2023: VSSC is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Consultant Ophthalmologist. As per the official notification of VSSC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 60 years. According to the official notification of VSSC recruitment 2023, the applied candidate must have MBBS degree and MS/DNB (Ophthalmology) OR PG Diploma in Ophthalmology. As given in the official notification of VSSC recruitment 2023, the place of posting will be Colony Health Centre, Pallithura. The selected candidate will be given Rs. 4000 to Rs. 7500 per visit for consultation up to 20 patients.
The candidates should have minimum two years after completion of PG Degree/ Diploma. As mentioned in the official notification of VSSC recruitment 2023, the duration is for a period of 6 months and can be extended. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. The details regarding the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. According to the official notification of VSSC Recruitment 2023, the remuneration is given below-
For MBBS AND MS/ DNB holders- The selected candidate will get Rs.4000 per visit for consultation with up to 20 patients. The additional amount of Rs.200 per consultation is above 20 patients up to the ceiling of a total amount of Rs.7500.
For PG Diploma holders- The selected candidate will get Rs.3000 per visit for consultations up to 20 patients. An additional amount of Rs.150 per consultation above 20 patients up to the ceiling of the total amount of Rs.5000
The applied candidates must have MBBS with permanent Medical Council Registration and MS/ DNB (Ophthalmology) OR PG Diploma in Ophthalmology with registration of additional qualification in Medical Council.
